Please share the below message with U14 2023 age group (2022 u13) or V09 players and the there will be some preseason activities that are open to all players who are interested in playing Rats in 2023 or just doing so preseason fitness.

This is open to all players not just reps players, so I am sharing you with all the advise you clubs so everyone is aware.

Dear Players

The first training session for any player interested in trialling for the Warringah Rats U14 2023 Squad (V09) will be held on Sunday 4th December from 8am – 9:15am at North Narrabeen Reserve (back fields Rat Park).

This session is open to all, including any players who played for a Warringah village club in 2022, as well as those not currently registered with a village club, but considering playing rugby in 2023.

Must bring boots and water bottle.
Please ensure no Rats gear is worn.

Sunday 26th March (Trials)
